Instantcalls4u operates under a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of pay-per-call advertising and Google Ads billing.

Trial Period

• The first 10 calls are discounted.

• No refunds under any circumstances.

• Continuing into a tier triggers a $3,000 setup fee.

Monthly Tiers

• Packages are billed month-to-month.

• No refunds for unused call volume or agent unavailability.

Refund Impact Notice
Invalid-call disputes sent to Google’s system may cause the algorithm to increase future costs and tighten targeting. For this reason, we avoid processing refunds unless clearly justified.
