1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InstantCalls4U's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services Description
InstantCalls4U provides pay-per-call lead generation services using AI-powered Google Ads campaigns. We generate inbound phone calls for businesses in various industries including but not limited to home services, legal, medical, and automotive.
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment terms include:
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
- All packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Call Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our call quality. If a call does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, clients receive a free replacement call. Replacement disputes must be submitted within 2 days of the call date. On Pro plans or higher, your dedicated account manager monitors and disputes calls for you in real-time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Maintain adequate staffing to handle incoming calls
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Provide timely feedback on call quality
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
InstantCalls4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
